Royal Scottish Country Dance Society

The Winnipeg Branch of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society (RSCDS) was formed in 1963. For 60 years we have been enjoying dancing to jigs, reels & strathspeys. Scottish Country dancing is different from Highland dancing. It is very social and we dance in sets of 3 or 4 couples. The music they dance to is a combination of accordion, fiddle, piano & snare drum.

For this show, they will include country dancing and step dancing, and have invited some musical guests to accompany them.
